Veterinary Receptionist

Vets4Pets in Newbury is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our friendly, locally run practice. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, responsible for greeting them warmly, managing phone calls and emails, and handling appointment bookings. Your keen organizational skills will be vital as you manage administrative tasks such as processing payments, coordinating insurance claims, and ensuring a tidy and welcoming reception area.
