Posting & Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Posting & Cleaning Operative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient posting and management of materials, ensuring that all items are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Your duties will include sorting, packing, and preparing items for dispatch, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. You will also be required to manage incoming shipments and assist with inventory control, ensuring that all records are up to date and discrepancies are resolved promptly.

In addition to posting responsibilities, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and order within the workspace. This will involve regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas, as well as managing waste disposal. You will collaborate with team members to uphold health and safety standards, ensuring that the environment remains safe and conducive for all staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
