We currently have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our permanent appointments team. The role will entail working closely with leading Construction Contractors, Consultants, Engineers and Developers to attract top talent to their businesses.

Role

The Recruitment Consultant role will include the full 360 process from taking the initial client brief to implementing a recruitment strategy for the companies within your specialist sectors.

We don’t do “hard core” business development as we don’t have to, but an ability to build client relationships through a clear networking strategy will be critical to the role.

We work in a grown up, non-corporate environment and pride ourselves in placing the right person, into the right role, at the right time.

Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant, your will entail (but not limited to):

Build and develop candidate and client relationships
Research to understand the sector and locations in which you recruit to identify clients
Define and implement your desk strategy
Create and implement candidate attraction strategies
Attend and chair meetings internally and externally
Recognise, understand and strive to meet client's hiring needs
Manage the recruitment process from the interview to offer stage
Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
