Veterinary Receptionist

If you are passionate about providing excellent service and enjoy working as part of a dynamic team, we have the perfect opportunity for you as a Veterinary Receptionist at our Cannock Vets for Pets practice. This is a 6-month fixed-term position with the potential for a permanent role, where you will be at the forefront of client interactions, ensuring both clients and their pets receive outstanding care. Your daily responsibilities will include handling phone calls, booking appointments, advising on preventative care plans, and managing cash transactions. Experience within a veterinary practice is advantageous, but strong customer service skills are essential.

Your role will also involve learning about pet insurance and proactively reaching out to clients regarding vaccinations and care plans. As the friendly face of our practice, you will create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages clients to return. This part-time position requires 25 hours per week, including early and late shifts, with one Saturday every five weeks.
