Client Care Advisor

In this vital role, you will serve as the link between clients and our clinical team, ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed and supported. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, managing appointments and payments, and facilitating the smooth running of day-to-day operations using our online booking system. Your warm and friendly demeanor will help create a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and strengthens client relationships.

To excel in this position, you should be calm, attentive, and focused on meeting the needs of our clients and their pets. Your enthusiasm for service, coupled with your love of animals, will allow you to handle various situations with grace, whether comforting clients during tough times or celebrating joyous moments. This part-time role requires 30 hours of work per week, with shifts scheduled from Monday to Thursday.
