Development Manager

Overview

Atkins Search recruiting for a Development Manager to join a high profile, prestigious scheme in Nottingham. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the development from inception to completion for PRS, Hotel, High Rise Residential and Mixed-Use Developments within the City Centre.

Our client is a high-profile Developer with a fantastic reputation in the Midlands, their expertise covers all sectors within high rise residential, commercial, education, student accommodation, PRS, hotels and leisure.

Person

Proven track record as a Development Manager in high rise, hotel, PRS, student accommodation or mixed-use developments
Ability to manage the acquisition and development of projects from inception to completion
Able to lead teams through Review, Acquisition, Planning, Design, Development, Delivery and Handover
High levels of professionalism and integrity
A lateral and forward thinker, who is able to confidently devise ideas and problem solve
An excellent communicator in both written and oral format; able to facilitate clear, concise, and timely communication amongst others
Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining keen attention to detail
