Crewkerne | £12.87 per hour | Day Shifts | Full-time | Temporary | Monday to Thursday - 7:45am till 6pm

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting Moulding / Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing team based in Crewkerne.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Moulding Operatives, Production Operatives, Manufacturing Operatives, Factory Operatives, Machine Operatives and General Operatives looking to join a well-established manufacturing company. Whether you have previous moulding or manufacturing experience or are looking to develop your production skills, full training will be provided in this fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate moulding machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials throughout the manufacturing process.
• Use hand-held tools and equipment when required.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Trim, finish and assemble moulded components.
• Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and company policies at all times.

• Previous experience as a Moulding Operative, Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative, Machine Operative or within a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential.
• Experience using hand-held tools would be advantageous.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
