Principal Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Systems Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex systems. In this role, you will be responsible for defining system architecture, conducting requirements analysis, and ensuring that all engineering processes adhere to industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success, while also mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in systems engineering, with a strong proficiency in systems design and integration. You will be tasked with identifying potential risks, troubleshooting issues, and proposing solutions to enhance system performance. To be considered for this position, you should hold a relevant degree in Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in systems engineering. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with proficiency in systems modeling and simulation tools. Certification in a recognized engineering methodology (e.g., INCOSE) is a plus.
