Construction Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes, and managing the project budget and schedule. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include developing project plans, conducting site inspections, managing a team of construction workers, and resolving any issues that arise during the construction process. You will be tasked with preparing reports on project progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for procurement and managing contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring that all materials and services meet the project specifications.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in project management software. A valid construction management certification is preferred.
