Client Care Advisor

Join our growing and friendly team as a Client Care Advisor at our veterinary practice, where your enthusiasm and proactive nature can shine. We are seeking a dedicated individual who enjoys delivering exceptional client service and has a genuine love for animals. In this part-time role, you will work three days a week, including evenings and every fifth weekend, ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience when they visit our practice. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, processing payments, and providing support and guidance to clients while maintaining a smooth operation of daily routines.

To succeed in this role, you should have previous client care or reception experience and a passion for serving both clients and their pets. Your ability to build lasting relationships and calmly handle various situations will be essential to our practice's success.
