Project Manager - Brand Modernisation ProgrammeContract: 6 Months Rate: Up to £650 per day (Inside IR35) Start Date: ASAP Location: London - Hybrid (1-2 days per week onsite) Interview Process: One StageOverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a major UK enterprise organisation delivering a high-profile brand modernisation and transformation programme.This role will lead the planning and delivery of a strategic brand transformation initiative, working closely with senior stakeholders and external partners to embed a refreshed organisational identity, purpose and vision. The successful candidate will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage project governance and ensure delivery remains on track against key milestones.Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major brand modernisation programme. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and governance. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams. Manage internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies and third-party suppliers. Oversee procurement activities relating to external delivery partners where required. Ensure brand implementation is delivered consistently across communications, employee experience and organisational initiatives. Support the rollout of organisational purpose, vision and values through structured project delivery. Work closely with communications, marketing, digital and transformation teams to coordinate delivery activities. Monitor project progress, report on milestones and proactively manage risks and issues. Ensure project outcomes align with wider business transformation objectives.Essential Experience Proven experience delivering large-scale brand modernisation, rebranding or organisational transformation projects. Strong Project Management experience within complex enterprise environments. Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business, technology, communications and marketing functions. Demonstrable experience managing third-party suppliers and creative agencies. Excellent governance, planning, RAID management and reporting skills. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with senior leadership. Experience delivering projects involving organisational change, communications or customer experience. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining delivery against tight timescales. Desirable Experience Experience supporting brand strategy, communications or marketing initiatives. Knowledge of website content governance and digital communications. Experience working within large, complex or regulated organisations.
