Veterinary Receptionist

If you enjoy providing exceptional service and working within a team, we have just the role for you at Hemel Hempstead Vets for Pets! We are looking for a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays on a rota basis. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, ensuring their experience is positive and memorable. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting clients, managing appointments, handling payments, and using our online booking system, so strong computer literacy is a must.

Your ability to build rapport with clients, combined with your passion for pets, will be critical to ensuring their satisfaction. We value a calm and attentive approach, as you will often need to support clients during emotional moments. Previous receptionist experience is preferred, but not essential.
