Client Care Advisor

At Northallerton Vets for Pets, we are seeking a Client Care Advisor who is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and their beloved pets. This part-time role involves working 28 hours per rolling week, including early and late shifts, with one in two Saturdays. You will be the welcoming face of our practice, responsible for managing client inquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth operations through our online booking system. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients will be essential for creating a positive experience during their visits.

Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and a genuine passion for animal care. You will need to be calm, attentive, and enthusiastic, ready to provide guidance and support to clients in various situations. Attention to detail is also important, as you will assist with insurance claims.
