Junior Desktop Analyst (9 Month FTC)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Desktop Analyst for a 9-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to end-users, resolving technical issues related to hardware and software, and ensuring a seamless operational experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting desktop environments, managing user accounts, and assisting with the installation and configuration of new systems. You will also be tasked with documenting issues and solutions in the ticketing system, allowing for efficient tracking and resolution of recurring problems.
