Hospitality and Conference Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hospitality and Conference Assistant to support the smooth operation of our conference and event services. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating various meetings and events, ensuring that all logistical aspects are handled efficiently. Your duties will include managing room bookings, preparing event materials, and assisting with the setup and breakdown of conference spaces. You will also act as the first point of contact for guests and clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise during events.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences. You should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members. A background in hospitality or event management is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with event management software. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required is essential, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
