Work Control Clerk FM&A

We are seeking a detail-oriented Work Control Clerk to join our Facilities Maintenance and Administration (FM&A) team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing work orders and facilitating the coordination of maintenance activities. Your primary duties will include receiving and processing work requests, tracking the status of ongoing projects, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and up to date. You will collaborate closely with maintenance personnel and other departments to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining records, generating reports, and assisting with budget tracking related to maintenance activities. Proficiency in computer software, including work order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite, is essential. Additionally, excellent communication skills are necessary for effectively interacting with team members and stakeholders at various levels.
