Auction Assistant

Auction Assistant | Golborne | Permanent | Up to £27k DOE

Forrest Recruitment Ltd are currently working with a well-established and respected national property auction based in Golborne, Warrington. They are seeking to recruit an Auction Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.

Key duties will include:

• Provide administration support to various personnel as requested including but not limited to; printing, scanning, chasing up documents from external parties, updating the database.
• Request for auction boards to be installed on properties where necessary, via the portal and via email.
• Ensure the office space is kept tidy and that all provisions including stationery and refreshments are well-stocked.
• Ensure any faults are logged promptly and management are made aware of any issues.
• Create and manage viewing schedules for properties with viewings conducted by our viewing agents.
• Working with the wider auction team, including the viewing agents and staff across various office locations.
• Using Microsoft Office along with the internal database and assisting the Property Managers and Surveyors where necessary to ensure the smooth running of the auction.
