£45,000 – £55,000 (DOE) + Excellent Bonus Structure
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join a well-established and growing legal practice based in Manchester City Centre. This role offers excellent earning potential, flexibility, and a supportive working environment.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of housing disrepair matters, acting on behalf of tenants and delivering high-quality legal advice and representation. This is a client-focused role suited to a confident solicitor who enjoys autonomy and progression.
Responsibilities
- Handling a full caseload of housing disrepair claims from inception to conclusion
- Advising clients on housing conditions, disrepair claims, and related litigation
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings
- Liaising with clients, experts, counsel, and other third parties
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements
Essentials
- Qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE
- Proven experience in Housing Disrepair (essential)
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
