Make a Real Difference: Residential Support Worker (SEN)

Location: Surrey | Salary: £12.75 - £13.65 / hour

Hours: Full-Time, Permanent (44.25 hours/week, Term-Time Only) | Start Date: September

Who You Are

Whether your background is in retail, hospitality, childcare, or customer service, you'll fit right in if you are:

  • A reliable team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Required: Eligible to work in the UK with access to your own transport (due to our location).

Shift Patterns Available

(Note: You must be able to work a mixture of the hours in your chosen option)

  • Option 1 (Mon-Fri): Split shifts between 06:45-13:30 and 15:45-22:00.
  • Option 2 (Mon-Sun): A varied rota including 06:45-13:30, 15:45-22:00, 12:00-22:00, and 06:45-16:00.
