The Impact You'll Make: Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our service team, you will be the expert responsible for the integrity of our equipment:
Precision Servicing & Repair: You will perform thorough servicing and repairs on nutritional devices, including diagnosing functional failures in feed pumps and replacing faulty components.
Meticulous Testing & Compliance: Conduct comprehensive incoming and outgoing tests on all devices. You will maintain accurate, compliant paper and electronic records for all testing, repair, and calibration activities.
Upholding Quality Standards: Champion a culture of quality by strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). You will ensure safety protocols and correct PPE use are always followed.
Expert Mentorship: Act as a mentor and role model for new and existing colleagues, sharing your technical expertise and contributing to the team's continuous improvement.
Process Optimisation: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing repair processes and documentation, reporting suggestions to your supervisor.
