Pay: £13.50 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8am - 4pm)

As a key member of our service team, you will be the expert responsible for the integrity of our equipment:

• Precision Servicing & Repair: You will perform thorough servicing and repairs on nutritional devices, including diagnosing functional failures in feed pumps and replacing faulty components.

• Meticulous Testing & Compliance: Conduct comprehensive incoming and outgoing tests on all devices. You will maintain accurate, compliant paper and electronic records for all testing, repair, and calibration activities.

• Upholding Quality Standards: Champion a culture of quality by strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). You will ensure safety protocols and correct PPE use are always followed.

• Expert Mentorship: Act as a mentor and role model for new and existing colleagues, sharing your technical expertise and contributing to the team's continuous improvement.

• Process Optimisation: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing repair processes and documentation, reporting suggestions to your supervisor.

We provide full, specialised on-the-job training on our specific devices. We are seeking candidates with the right foundational mindset:

• Technically Minded: You have previous experience in a technical field, whether through professional work, vocational training, or substantial personal projects (e.g., electronics, mechanics, IT hardware repair).
