Key Stage 1 is where the real educational magic begins! As a TA or 1:1 Support Assistant, you get to be the encouraging voice, the patient listener, and the champion every young learner needs.

You'll be helping 5 to 7-year-olds navigate their first big steps in school by:

• 📖 Bringing Learning to Life: Helping small groups master phonics, early maths, and creative storytelling.
• 🌈 Being a 1:1 Champion: Giving tailored support to children with SEND, ADHD, ASD, or SEMH needs so they feel confident and included.
• 🎨 Fostering Independence: Guiding little hands through hands-on activities, play-based learning, and classroom routines.
• 💛 Building Big Confidence: Being a calm, positive, and reassuring presence when things feel a little overwhelming.

You don't need years of formal classroom experience-just a big heart, plenty of patience, and a genuine passion for helping young children thrive!

Experience with speech and language needs, ASD, or behavioural support is a brilliant bonus, but a positive, "can-do" attitude is what matters most!
