Salary: £169 - £262 per day (negotiable, based on experience)

We are excitedly calling qualified and motivated English Teachers for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students across our local secondary schools in Warrington. This position is open to both experienced educators and ECTs/NQTs looking to launch their teaching journey.

• QTS or QTLS status with a degree in English or a related subject (ECTs are encouraged to apply).
• Strong knowledge of the UK KS3 and KS4 English Curriculum.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or readiness to complete one).

• Teach structured, engaging English Language and Literature lessons to KS3 and KS4 classes.
• Differentiate learning resources to effectively support SEND and EAL students.
• Help prepare Key Stage 4 pupils for their GCSE examinations.
• Set high expectations for classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment.
• Mark work regularly and track pupil attainment to guide future planning.
