Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, high-quality care for children transitioning from residential settings.
• Ensure immediate stability and professional support during critical crisis situations.
• Collaborate effectively with clinical networks and internal teams to support developmental goals.
• Participate in ongoing specialist training to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

We invite applications from resilient professionals with backgrounds in:

• Social Work, Residential Care, or Child Support.
• Education, including Teaching, Learning Support, or SEN specialization.
• Healthcare, nursing, CAMHS, or therapeutic services.
• Youth justice, probation, or emergency services.

Compensation and Support

In recognition of your commitment, we offer a competitive weekly payment of up to £1,055.48 (approx. £54,860 annually for full-time care). You will receive comprehensive specialist training, consistent clinical and psychological support, and 24/7 emergency guidance.
