Rigger

We are seeking a skilled Rigger to join our dynamic team, responsible for the safe and efficient movement of heavy equipment and materials. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in rigging techniques and the ability to work collaboratively with crane operators and other construction personnel. Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining rigging equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and conducting inspections to guarantee the integrity of rigging setups. You will be expected to read and interpret blueprints, work plans, and specifications, as well as execute lifts and load placements with precision.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of various rigging methods and equipment, including slings, hoists, and pulleys. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety are paramount, as you will be handling heavy loads and operating in high-risk environments. Candidates must possess relevant certifications, such as NCCCO or equivalent, and have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights are essential, along with excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors.
