About the role
One of the leading lift companies in the UK are recruiting for a skilled lift engineer in the Sheffield area to strengthen their South Yorkshire team. This is an excellent opportunity offering a genuine pathway to management if desired. Fantastic salary on offer with door to door pay included.
Your job as lift engineer (service) will involve the following...
- Routine maintenance of units within your service route
- Carrying out minor lift repair works i.e. safety edges, switches, lighting etc
- Working within company safety guidelines
- Participation in the company’s call out rota (1 week in 4, standby payment £275 per week)
The ideal candidate will have...
- Industry experience, ideally in service and call outs
- An NVQ Level 3 in lift engineering: Service & Maintenance, Service & Call-out, Repair, Installation or J Module equivalent
- A full clean driving license

- £37,000 to £48,000 per annum plus call out bonuses, overtime etc
