Are you an experienced Automatic Door Engineer looking for your next opportunity with a well-established, family-run business?

The Role

This is a field-based position where you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and installing a wide range of automatic door systems across your designated area.

The role is split approximately:

• 70% Service & Maintenance
• 30% Installation

You'll be expected to diagnose faults, carry out repairs, complete planned maintenance and deliver a high standard of workmanship while providing excellent customer service.

What's on Offer?

• Up to £18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Salary flexibility for the right candidate
• Door-to-door pay
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
• Plenty of overtime available
• Overtime paid at 1.5x
• Sundays paid at double time (while on site)
• Travel time paid at 1.5x during overtime
• On-call rota of 1 in 8 weeks
• £60 standby payment
• £25 per call-out, plus overtime rates

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' experience working on automatic doors
• ADIA or ADSA qualification (essential)
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Flexible, reliable and customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence
