• Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
• Lead the development of a curriculum subject, ensuring alignment with school objectives.
• Foster a productive learning environment by using effective behaviour management techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including external specialists and therapists.
• Maintain rigorous safeguarding protocols and contribute to the school community.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree or qualification relevant to teaching.
• Proven experience in a primary or special school setting, specifically with SEMH or Autism Spectrum Conditions.
• Strong communication skills and a resilient, patient approach.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Candidates will undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
