In this role, you will provide top-tier teaching and learning within a structured, safe, and supportive environment, enabling students to achieve their full academic, social, and emotional potential.
Responsibilities- Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
- Lead the development of a curriculum subject, ensuring alignment with school objectives.
- Foster a productive learning environment by using effective behaviour management techniques.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including external specialists and therapists.
- Maintain rigorous safeguarding protocols and contribute to the school community.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree or qualification relevant to teaching.
- Proven experience in a primary or special school setting, specifically with SEMH or Autism Spectrum Conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a resilient, patient approach.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Candidates will undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
