Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification (ECTs/NQTs welcome to apply).
- Proven UK primary teaching experience across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2.
- Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Strong classroom management skills with a passionate, patient, and adaptable approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the Primary National Curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment where all pupils thrive.
- Assess, track, and provide positive feedback on student progress and developmental milestones.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and SENCOs to support diverse learning needs.
