SIPP Administrator

Element Recruitment are working with a well-established financial services business who are looking to add a SIPP Administrator to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with pensions or SIPP administration experience who is looking to join a friendly and supportive team within a growing business, with the flexibility to work from home 4 days a week and just 1 day in the office.

The role will involve managing the day-to-day administration of SIPP accounts, making sure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently and providing a high level of service to clients, financial advisers and IFA firms.

What will you be doing?

• Managing the administration of SIPP and pension accounts from start to finish
• Processing contributions, withdrawals, transfers and other pension transactions
• Liaising with financial advisers, IFA firms, clients and third-party providers
• Checking and validating information to ensure everything is accurate and compliant
• Dealing with queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
• Completing reconciliations and maintaining accurate records
• Ensuring all administration is completed in line with FCA regulations and internal procedures
• Keeping clients and advisers updated throughout the process
• Supporting the wider team with general pension administration and operational tasks

What are we looking for?

Ideally, you will have previous experience within pensions, SIPP administration or financial services administration. You’ll be organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing a busy workload while working to deadlines.

You’ll also need to be confident communicating with advisers, clients and other stakeholders and have a good understanding of the importance of accuracy and compliance within financial services.
