Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of project costs from inception to completion. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing detailed cost estimates, conducting feasibility studies, and providing tender documentation. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that all financial aspects of projects are meticulously tracked and managed. Your expertise will be essential in negotiating contracts and managing relationships with contractors and suppliers to achieve the best value for projects.

In this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring project budgets and expenditures, preparing interim valuations, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will provide regular reports on project financial performance, identifying potential risks and opportunities for cost savings. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, enabling you to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with relevant professional qualifications, is essential. Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry is highly desirable.
