Maintenance Lead

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to oversee and coordinate the maintenance activities within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the work of the maintenance team to ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of all equipment and facilities. Key responsibilities include developing maintenance schedules, conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime. You will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, while maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. A background in mechanical or electrical maintenance is essential, along with experience in managing maintenance staff. The Maintenance Lead will also be responsible for training new team members, evaluating performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks are crucial, as well as proficiency in maintenance management software. A relevant technical certification or degree in a related field is preferred.
