Interim Billing Analyst – £27,000 to £30,000

VH Financial Recruitment are urgently partnering with a leading global Pharma/Life Sciences organisation to appoint an Interim Billing Analyst to join their finance operations team on an immediate-start basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced billing or Order-to-Cash professional to step into a hands-on interim role within a fast-paced, international business. You’ll support critical billing operations while contributing to ongoing process improvements and system-related change activity.

The Role

As Interim Billing Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate delivery of billing and OTC processes during a busy period of change. You will work closely with global stakeholders and support continuity across finance operations.

This is an immediate requirement, ideal for someone available at short notice who can quickly add value in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely billing and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• Support operational continuity during a period of change and activity
• Assist with migration and knowledge transfer workstreams where required
• Identify and support process improvements and efficiencies
• Resolve billing discrepancies using strong analytical skills
• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support and guide junior team members where needed

About You

• Proven experience in Billing / Order-to-Cash (OTC) roles
• Background in a shared service or international finance environment
• Available for an immediate or short-notice start
• Experience supporting interim projects, migrations, or change activity highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management ability
• Able to work at pace and adapt in a changing environment
