Director of People and Culture – Salisbury – PT – Up to £66K

Ready to shape the future of an organisation through people, culture, and workforce planning?

We’re recruiting for a Director of People and Culture to join the Executive Leadership Team and lead the organisation’s people strategy, culture, and workforce planning agenda.

The role will see you:

• Developing and delivering a strategic People and Culture plan
• Leading workforce planning, talent, and organisational development
• Advising senior leaders on culture, engagement, and employee experience
• Leading and developing the People team

We’re looking for someone with:

• Senior People and Culture leadership experience
• CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience delivering people strategies and workforce plans
• Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

• Part-time working (3 days per week)
• Up to £66,000 pro rata
