🕒 Shift: Day Shift (Monday to Friday)

We are currently recruiting for an Installation Technician to join a busy and growing company based in Pershore. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working both in the workshop and on-site across the UK.
The role combines production, installation, quality control, asset preparation, and event support, helping to build, test, install, and maintain equipment used for events and hospitality experiences nationwide.

🔨 Key Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, prepare, and test equipment, including bar systems and event installations.
• Support the delivery, installation, operation, and breakdown of activations and events across the UK.
• Maintain, inspect, and track company assets, tools, and installation equipment.
• Carry out quality checks and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment meets operational standards.
• Diagnose and resolve technical or operational issues when required.
• Prepare equipment for transport, installation, and event deployment.
• Ensure all workshop and on-site work areas remain safe, organised, and professional.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the business.

✅ Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
• Previous experience in installation, assembly, fitting, production, mechanical, or technical work.
• Confident using hand and power tools.
• Good attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible and willing to travel and support installations across the UK when required.

⭐ Desirable Skills

• Previous experience within the plumbing, electrical, or gas industry would be a distinct advantage.
• Experience working in production, warehouse, installation, events, or technical environments.
• Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential).
