Sequencing Specialist - M&P

Job Description

1. Develop and maintain production sequencing plans (daily, weekly, monthly) based on demand, capacity, and operational changes; support ramp-up, ramp-down, and shutdown planning activities
2. Coordinate with Production and Plant Operations to ensure material availability, validate MRP execution, and align sequencing with order requirements (PO/PDP)
3. Maintain accurate sequencing data in SAP-PP and related systems; serve as Plant Local Key User (LKU) for system support, issue resolution, and user guidance
4. Prepare and provide production and sequencing results with accurate data for KPI monitoring, shift reporting, and performance tracking; support WIP tracking and inventory accuracy coordination
5. Serve as focal point for sequencing-related Manufacturing Suites (MS) implementation and activities

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing / Industrial / Mechanical Engineering or related field,
2. Experienced in production sequencing, planning, or manufacturing operations is preferred
3. Strong hands‑on experience with SAP‑PP and production planning systems; prior Plant Key User / Super User experience is an advantage.
4. High analytical capability, strong data accuracy mindset, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
