Pink Tile Education is supporting a well-established SEND school in Gosport that caters for pupils with Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language Needs and moderate learning difficulties.
The school is seeking a passionate Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026 and support pupils both academically and emotionally.
The Role

Providing classroom support for pupils with SEND
Delivering targeted interventions under teacher guidance
Supporting communication, social skills and emotional wellbeing
Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
Assisting with behaviour support and learning engagement
Supporting pupils to achieve positive educational outcomes

We’re Looking For

A Psychology graduate or final-year Psychology student
A strong interest in SEND and additional learning needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy, patience and a willingness to learn
Previous experience supporting children or vulnerable individuals is desirable
