Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant for a fixed-term contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment. Your primary duties will include assisting customers with their inquiries, processing transactions at the cash register, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. You will also be tasked with restocking shelves and managing inventory, ensuring that products are readily available for our customers.

To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training. Additionally, you must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and demonstrate strong teamwork skills. A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key to being a valuable member of our team.
