Bellshill - Hub Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hub Manager to oversee operations at our Bellshill facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day activities. You will manage logistics, inventory control, and maintain high standards of safety and compliance. Your role will involve developing and implementing operational strategies to drive efficiency improvements, while also monitoring performance metrics and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

In this position, you will be tasked with training and mentoring team members, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring all staff adhere to company policies and procedures. You will also play a key role in managing budgets and controlling costs, while working collaboratively with other departments to meet customer needs. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances are essential, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders, including suppliers and clients. Previous experience in a managerial role within a logistics or distribution environment is preferred, along with a proven track record of achieving operational excellence.
