Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Your primary duties will include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, restocking shelves, and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability. You will also be required to operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and process returns or exchanges as necessary.

Previous retail experience is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn and a passion for customer service is essential. You should be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
