Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, assisting them with product inquiries, and processing transactions efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and ensuring that stock levels are managed effectively. A keen eye for detail will be essential as you help to create attractive product displays that drive sales.

In addition to your customer-facing duties, you will support inventory management by receiving and unpacking deliveries, checking stock for quality, and assisting with regular stock takes. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential, as you will be collaborating with your team members to achieve store goals. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential, as we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn above all.
