Commercial Marketing Art Director

We are seeking a talented and creative Commercial Marketing Art Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the visual direction of marketing campaigns, ensuring that all creative outputs align with brand standards and resonate with target audiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to conceptualize and execute innovative visual strategies that drive engagement and enhance brand presence across various channels.

Your primary duties will include developing and overseeing the production of marketing materials such as print ads, digital content, packaging, and promotional assets. You will guide a team of designers, providing constructive feedback and mentorship to foster a collaborative and high-quality creative environment. Additionally, you will stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, using insights to inform your design approach and keep our brand visually fresh and relevant.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design skills and a deep understanding of commercial marketing principles. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is essential, along with strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in a similar role, is required.
