Construction Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate our construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential as you will be leading a team of professionals and liaising with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, paired with a minimum of five years of experience in construction management or a similar role. Proven expertise in project management software and scheduling tools is required, along with a thorough understanding of construction methodologies and regulations. You must be adept at problem-solving, capable of making quick decisions, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and safety standards. A construction management certification is preferred but not mandatory.
