Service Manager – Lift Industry | Kent, covering Greater London | Up to £70,000 + Car + Benefits

We're working with an established lift company that has grown considerably in recent years, and they're now looking for a Service Manager to lead service operations across Greater London.

The Role

You'll lead a team of Lift Engineers, managing rotas, workloads and performance across the area. Day to day, you'll be responsible for planned preventative maintenance, call-out response, and LOLER compliance, working to keep service levels high and the smooth running of the department. You'll build and maintain relationships with clients, handle escalations where they arise, and have full autonomy to run your area as you see fit.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Manager, Contracts Manager, or similar within the lift and escalator industry, or a Supervisor ready to step into a Service Manager role.
• Solid technical knowledge of lift service, maintenance and repair
• Strong people management skills - you'll be leading and developing a team of engineers
• A full UK driving licence, with willingness to travel across the London and South East area
