Teaching Assistant

Location: Stechford

We are seeking a caring teaching assistant to support pupils with a variety of SEND needs in a welcoming and inclusive school.

About the Role

• Support pupils with MSI, ASD, PMLD, PD, and SLD through personalised learning activities and structured routines.
• Adapt resources and environments to promote sensory access, communication development, and emotional regulation.
• Assist with personal‑care routines and mobility support, ensuring safety and dignity.
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and healthcare teams to deliver targeted interventions.
• Support pupils during transitions, breaktimes, and community‑based learning activities.
• Contribute to classroom organisation, resource preparation, and progress tracking.
