Production Operator - PE Line

Job Description

1. Perform daily PE plant operations including cutting and crushing recycled polyethylene materials, loading hoppers, and operating the extrusion process according to specifications
2. Mix recycled polyethylene with new pellets, perform extrusion blow molding operations, and batch polyethylene rolls for production
3. Manage lining rewinder operations and handle scrap and rework processes with accurate documentation
4. Monitor product quality and inspect finished materials for defects to ensure compliance with quality standards
5. Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards
7. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and resolve operational issues
8. Act as absentesism coverage for Hot Preparation Area

Qualifications

1. Minimum SPM
2. Basic computer skills
3. Able to follow instructions and work safely
4. Manufacturing experience is an advantage (not required)
