Site Manager | Nationwide | £55k - £60k + Package

We're currently working with an established regional contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager to oversee fast-track fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable working within live healthcare environments, managing multiple trades and subcontractors while maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality and programme.

The role will involve nationwide travel, so the successful candidate must be comfortable working away from home when required and operating in a fast-paced project environment.

What You'll Be Doing;

• Managing fit-out and refurbishment projects from mobilisation through to completion
• Overseeing works within live healthcare environments, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations
• Coordinating subcontractors, site teams, materials and deliveries
• Managing short-term programmes and ensuring fast-track projects remain on schedule
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality and site documentation
• Liaising with clients, consultants and project teams throughout delivery
• Managing site logistics and resolving issues quickly to keep projects moving
• Ensuring works are delivered to specification, programme and required standards

What You'll Need;

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within fit-out, refurbishment or construction
• Experience working within live environments, ideally healthcare or similarly sensitive settings
• Strong understanding of site management, health & safety and subcontractor coordination
• Comfortable working to tight programmes and delivering fast-track projects
• Flexible approach to nationwide travel and working away from home
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
