IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology business based in Crewe.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company that is experiencing continued growth and success. The role offers a varied workload combining reporting, data analysis, fraud monitoring, administration, and client support.
Key DutiesProduce accurate and insightful Excel reports, both regular and ad hoc.
Analyse data to identify trends, anomalies, and potentially fraudulent activity.
Investigate and escalate suspicious patterns in line with company procedures.
Act as a first point of contact for clients via telephone and email, providing updates and responding to queries in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain accurate records and databases.
Provide administrative support across the team.
Collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines and deliver excellent customer service.
Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and VLOOKUPs.
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
A curious and detail-focused approach to work.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A professional and friendly telephone manner.
Strong written English skills.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Salary of £28,584 - £29,784 per annum.
Monday to Friday working pattern.
