Construction Operative

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Operative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing various tasks on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. Your primary duties will include assisting with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, carrying materials, and operating basic construction machinery. You will work closely with site supervisors and other operatives to maintain a safe work environment while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Successful candidates will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred, but not essential. Key responsibilities also include maintaining tools and equipment, performing basic maintenance tasks, and keeping the work area tidy. A valid construction site safety certification and the ability to follow instructions accurately are essential.
