Provide Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the DN7 area from September. This is a full-time role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced EYFS practitioner who is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys supporting young children during the important first stages of their education.

The Role

• Support teaching and learning within the EYFS classroom.
• Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS Framework.
• Encourage children’s learning, development and independence through play-based activities.
• Support children’s personal, social and emotional development.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Work closely with the class teacher and wider school team to support pupils’ progress.

The Ideal Candidate

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification is essential.
• Paediatric First Aid qualification is essential.
• Previous experience working within an EYFS setting.
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting young children’s learning and development.
