About the RoleWe're looking for an organised and proactive Transport Compliance Administrator to support our Transport Manager and help keep our transport operations compliant and running smoothly.
You'll maintain accurate records, monitor key compliance activities, and provide essential administrative support to the transport team.

About the RoleWe're looking for an organised and proactive Transport Compliance Administrator to support our Transport Manager and help keep our transport operations compliant and running smoothly.
You'll maintain accurate records, monitor key compliance activities, and provide essential administrative support to the transport team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain driver and vehicle compliance records.
- Monitor tachograph reports and driver checks.
- Keep training, licence, and vehicle records up to date.
- Support vehicle maintenance, MOT scheduling, and compliance documentation.
- Produce reports and ensure transport paperwork is accurate and complete.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Transport Manager.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and work as part of a team.
- Transport or logistics experience is an advantage but not essential—full training will be provided.
